Instant Hot Pan Carrier

     Once in a while, a brilliant idea overtakes me. Here is one. (Of course, there are degrees of brilliance) We found it necessary to take hot food a few blocks from the house because there would be insufficient room to reheat everything in our friend's oven. I had baked a fresh-from-the-oven pie, but what was the best way to transport it from our place to her dessert table?  Ding, ding, ding! Mayhap a frying pan?  And it worked! I was able to carry the pie without burning my hands and the frying pan caught any berry juice drips.  You're welcome!
